Long term or Holiday Break planned ? We will care take your home & pets, offering total reassurance for home security and company for your pets. Our dates of availability are from January year 2024 We are a married couple approaching retirement and looking at moving to Perth to live. Housesitting during this transition would be a very suitable option for us. We have previously successfully undertaken house sitting over a period of 11 years. For 8 years of those years, we were live in / care taker /house sitters of a property on the Gold Coast for family who lived & work overseas but returned home for their holiday breaks. We maintained the house, lawns, gardens, vehicles and pool. We vacated the family home when they returned for their holidays. During these periods we have had the pleasure of caring for many other homes and pets. We have looked after many properties over the years as house sitters and as landlords and have house sitting, personal and police references available. Our most recent experience was in Perth WA - Xmas 2018 / New Year 2019 when we cared for the owners home & greyhound dog. Xmas 2016 / New Year 2017 :In Bibra Lakes we cared for a home & the family dog when owners were overseas.. While in our care the dog developed an immune disease. We initiated the Vet's diagnosis & all the follow ups & medication while all the time keeping the owners on the other side of the world fully informed. She was in a stable, happy condition when they arrived home again. We have family living on the NW coastal side of Perth and look forward to any opportunity to visit and be able to house sit and spend time in this beautiful city. Christine and Julian did a wonderful job looking after our Perth home, our garden, our fish and our much loved dog Prince for two weeks over Christmas & New year. We were delighted to arrive back to a happy and healthy dog, a very tidy, clean and welcoming home and a garden which looked lush and green and tidier than we'd left it! Christine and Julian went the extra mile in many little ways - not only did they leave the house spotless, but they left a big vase of beautiful lilies on the dining table to welcome us home, had all their linen washed, dried and put away, trimmed the lawn edges and swept the paved pathways and outdoor areas thoroughly. Christine was quick to respond to us when we texted and asked how things were going and in particular how Prince was getting on. She included a couple of photos of him, which we appreciated, as we were missing him from time to time. We would be very happy to have Christine and Julian house sit for us again in future and have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who's looking for reliable and trustworthy house sitters. Christine and Julian housesat for us for three weeks over Christmas and New Years 2014-15. They were absolutely wonderful, our little dog loved their company and was very well looked after, and the house was pristine when we got home. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a sitter, and would happily have them back again!
