Annie and Ankur were excellent in caring for our dog, home and garden. They communicated clearly in the lead up to the sit (they were the first sitters we have ever used) and kept us in touch with how our dog was (his first time to be sat). We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.

Annie and Ankur looked after my house and my pet cat from November 18th to November 29th 2019. I knew that they would be the one to look after my pet cat Syd , when I first met them and Syd in a matter of minutes was allowing Annie to pet him and play with him - he is usually vary of strangers. I would highly recommend them both to look after your house and pet - they did such a fantastic job . They were in regular touch with me sending me pics of Syd. When I came back after 2 weeks, the house was so clean and tidy .Loved the little pot of plant that they left behind as a gift :-) . Annie was my dog sitting dream come true! She pet-sitted for me for a period of 5 weeks while I travelled to Europe. It was my first time getting a pet sitter, so I was a bit nervous. But when I met Annie she was so warm, the dogs loved her (as did my daughter)and she asked all of the right questions, so I felt at ease leaving my pets and home in her care. I have 2 boisterous Kelpie Cross dogs who absolutely loved her! She sent me regular updates on how they were doing including pictures and videos. Nothing was too much trouble, including giving them their regular medicine and making their food for them. I came home to 2 happy dogs, and spotlessly clean house and flowers on the table. I really couldn't think of anyone better to care for my animals, and wholeheartedly recommend her! Daniella

Anna house-sat for us for two weeks in April, including looking after our two new kittens, one of which had just been desexed and needed a little extra attention. She did a fantastic job, the house was spotless when we returned, and the cats happy and healthy. She kept us informed throughout and I could recommend her to anyone. Regards Alex

Anna minded our home, garden and darling little cat Winnie for a month over the Christmas period, while we were overseas. We can honestly say Anna helped make our trip all the more enjoyable, as we were so thankful to know that Winnie was being so well taken care of, we didn't have to worry and could just really relax. Anna very kindly sent us lovely photos and updates on Winnie, which was just so great. And we returned to home to a really well taken care of home and garden - not to mention a beautiful quiche Anna had baked for our return supper! Anna treated everything in the house with great respect, diligently preserved the garden plants through a record hot summer, and prepared the house for our welcome return. Winnie was so chilled out on our return, she'd obviously had a lovely time with Anna. We could not recommend Anna to take care of your home and pets more highly. She's wonderful! It was a pleasure to have her stay in our home, and we were just so thankful for her care of everything. We'd have her back in the blink of an eye! To Whom It May Concern, I would highly recommend Anna to pet and housesit. When I first met Anna and introduced her to my two dogs, they immediately took a shine to her. Anna is such a happy, relaxed, good natured, mature young woman. I was away for the month of September 2012 and left my two dogs in her care. I knew she had done a terrific job with them as when I returned they didn't bat an eye at me! Further proof was when she met me in the park a few weeks later and one of my dogs who was exhausted and drinking from the water bowl suddenly saw her and took off at the speed of light to greet her. I am writing to highly recommend Anna Hagan-Rowe as a house and dog sitter. She cared for our two dogs for three weeks in October and we could relax and feel confident in leaving them with her. Our older dog is just fourteen and needs a lot of understanding and support, and our younger dog has cancer and has a strict medication regime. Both are golden retrievers and Anna treated them with so much love as if they were her own, and capably walked the two of them, which is not always easy! Anna is a warm and engaging person who is highly capable and organised. She is honest and genuine. She takes challenges in her stride and kept us informed of all little issues as we wanted her to. She contacted our vet as appropriate and responded quickly to a medical issue in our dog who has cancer. Each email reassured us in her care of the dogs. We returned home to a well kept house, happy dogs and a new friend in Anna. I highly recommend her but also hope she will still be available for our next house sit!! I am delighted to provide a reference for Anna. She house-sat for us for a 6-week period across July to September 2012, and did an amazing job of looking after everything. We have two cats that she adored, and I think they didn't even notice that we had gone! Anna was very flexible, starting the house-sit early at short notice, as we had a family emergency overseas which resulted in us leaving earlier than planned. The place was clean and well looked after whilst we were away, and she handled a couple of queries that came up during our absence relating to the apartment block - liaising with the chairman of the strata committee on our behalf. A friendly and engaging house-sitter, who takes her responsibilities seriously - I have no hesitation in recommending Anna to others, and will defintely call her again when we next go away.

Anna looked after our house and pets for a few weeks while we were on holidays. If you are considering having her look after your place, grab her while you can because she was fantastic. All our pets were very well looked after and the house was probably in better condition when we came back than when we left !!! Anna has been house sitting for us for over 5 years in two different locations. Anna is mature, responsible and reliable treating our house as a responsibility not a right. Having two special needs dogs and a large house to look after we have always been hesitant in letting people take on that level of care, Anna has provided us with the ability to now take as many holidays as we like. We now trust Anna with weekend stays mid and long term trips up to 3 months, and have never had to check in on our pets or have neighbours to spy for us!
