Val and Brian house sat for us and cared for our dog Max for 3 weeks . We were very impressed by the way they looked after the house and the gardens . It was such a joy to return to our well kept house, garden and aquarium tanks after three months overseas. While we were away, we were able to relax knowing that our home was in capable and caring hands. Val and Brian are mature and experienced house-sitters who try very hard to maintain a home as it was left (if not better). They went the extra mile with several things for which we were much appreciative. They are thoughtful, reliable and easy to get along with. They communicated regularly to keep us informed about how things were going, which gave us much reassurance while we were away from home. We didn't have a single worrying moment. July 2016 It was such a relief to have Val and Brian taking wonderful care of our home and, most importantly, fantastic care of our two dogs. One dog is VERY old, mostly deaf, mostly blind and with a medication webster pack beyond equal. The other dog is like energiser-bunny on steroids. So plenty of challenges. Val and Brian cared for them with affection and diligence. The house was so clean on our return it was a joy to come home to. Would highly recommend Val and Brian and will be checking with them first before any future trips.
