Currently I would like to sit in NSW. Particularly Sydney Inner, North, NW and Central Coast to Gosford.
I will look after your home the way you would. I have owned our own home before moving back to Sydney and will understand your requirements. I am a non-smoking, '50-ish' person with no children or pets. I am both tidy and houseproud and would consider it a privilege to care for your home, pets and garden.
I am a practical person and would work to keep your home as you left it.
I have owned dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten stage to older animals and love their company and have cared for both dogs and cats with special needs including providing them with medication, two walks a day and feeding them home cooked meals to order as well as providing them with dry and can food to mix up their diet.
I have raised chickens [with a chook pen including rooster and up to 6 hens] and caged birds [mostly budgies one or two at a time] and am confident managing vegetable, herb and flower gardens.
I have been told by returning house-owners that when they return home, the house is cleaner, the garden is in better shape than it was left and pots and furry friends are well, happy and content. My normal routine is to prepare a meal [soup, casserole or salad depending on the season] for the returning home owners so they do not have to cook that first evening home from holidays.
I have been travelling for holidays and working in WA for 9 years and have come back to the big smoke to be near aged parents, grown children and friends and am saving for my next home.
I work from the city some days and from home the other days.
I love music, the outdoors, swimming, bush walking, the beach, reading and cooking. I enjoy physical activity and participate in regular sport, yoga, swimming and walking are my favourites.
I have extensive experience as a house-sitter and have excellent references which are provided with my profile. Also, house owners from previous house sits have advised that they are happy to speak with anyone who would like to speak to them about my house sitting expertise.
I have a current National Police Clearance which was obtained for my workplace.
