About
Currently living in southern NSW, I have been housesitting since early 2016. So far all my sits have been in Vic and NSW and they have been quite diverse, from rural to city to seaside; from start-of-the-art new homes to well-loved older dwellings; animals cared for include cats, dogs from small to large, and aviary birds.
As an inveterate traveller i am happy to sit anywhere in the country. I travel solo, so no worries about wild parties.
I am pretty boring i guess, being a non-smoker, don't use drugs or any funky stuff, rarely drink alcohol. A registered nurse, I no longer work in the hospital setting, but use multiple non-drug therapies for emotional wellness facilitation. Being a nurse, i have had regular police checks for the past twenty plus years...and since nothing has changed i am sure i will pass any criminality check you may desire.
I am comfortable with most animals, having spent years on a farm. My daughter is a vet nurse, so that says a bit about the presence of animals during her childhood... we had chooks, goldfish, budgies, cats, dogs, horses, goats and cattle.
I have references from home owners that i have helped out in the past months since i started this adventure. All state that they found their home 'immaculate' and 'cleaner than when i left', and several have wanted to rebook me for future dates. So i guess that means that they and their pets are happy ;-)
By the way i have a good ENJO cleaning kit so all my cleaning is done chemical free.
