I'm semi-retired (facilitating classical concerts, mainly working from home) and have recently been enjoying house-sitting rural properties in SE Queensland - pool-maintenance, ride-on mowing, caring for chickens, irrigating fruit and nut trees, blowing paths and entertainment areas, etc, etc and suburban house-sits with pets in Melbourne. Most recently I house-sat a rural property in the Victorian Southern Alps (note reference). I'm fit, healthy and energetic and hygiene-conscious and flexible regarding the expectations of home owners. Until recently I've enjoyed owning a lovable dog and am happy to care for a cat, chickens, etc.
Having owned homes in the past, understand that house-owners need to rest assured that their beloved homes are in safe and conscientious hands and this is what I offer. I live quietly and enjoy music, especially classical, ballads and blues. I've never smoked and am a good mixer. I live a healthy life-style.
