I have known Teresa Finocchiaro for over 8 years, We have traveled together and she has stayed in my home on many occasions when visiting Melbourne and on a few of these occasions she has graciously looked after our cat. I have always known Teresa as a reliable, respectful, diligent and caring person. She is a person who always takes pride in her home and surroundings and everything is always clean and tidy and in perfect order. To Wom iIt May Concern, I am writing a house sitting and or pet sitting reference for Ms Teresa Finocchiaro. I have a three year old dog Ruby. A highly pampered and high needs Shitzu/Poodle cross. Ruby is my fur baby quite literally. She requires a specialised diet, is professionally groomed every 4 to 6 weeks. I groom her weekly. She is walked daily, has anxiety issues and is quite demanding with attention, but has an extremely loveable demenour. Teresa has spent a lot of time caring for Ruby. I have had a lot of significant health issues and haven't been capable of caring for my dog as I've required hospitalisation and recouperation. Ruby now cries with excitement upon seeing Teresa as her attachment and bonding had formed. I've observed Teresa placing healthy boundaries around Rubys inappropriate attention seeking behaviour eg, when we are eating, indoor barking... I have also noticed that when Teresa is around Ruby prefers to play ball, fetch and games with her instead on me. Teresa has a very warm, friendly, playful and affectionate nature with my dog. I am very protective of Ruby and to be honest there is not many people I would recommend as a carer for my dog. Teresa is definitely a person I absolutely trust to care for my dog to the same standard as I care for her myself. Therefore I can highly recommend with confidence Teresa Finocchiaro for any house or pet sitting placement.
