I am a single, non-smoking professional currently living in Edithvale and working as a Leading Teacher at Sandringham College. I am a home owner who is currently in the process of paying off my house in Edithvale. At the moment I have listed my house on Airbnb and have started to accept guests. When guests are staying I plan to either house sit or live with family that live close by. I owned a siberian husky x german shepherd named 'Ned' for 16 years. Sadly he passed away a few years ago. I have looked after peoples homes and dogs in the past and would take great care of yours. I am available for any length of house sit and can provide both personal and professional references, as well as a police checks through my Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration. I am a responsible, reliable and considerate person, and would take excellent care of your property. My availability varies through out the school terms. I can highly recommend Michael McGowan as a house/dog sitter. He looked after our house and our dog for ten days in a reliable and responsible manner. He came with recommendations from previous house sitting arrangements and he exceded our expectations. He was attentive to our dogs needs as a senior, feeding her twice a day as well as walking her. He also attended to collecting mail and putting out bins. Our house was in good order on our return and our dog happy and relaxed.

To whom it my concern, Michael has recently sat our house for a week while we were away on holiday. He was asked to look after 2 staffy's, feed and walk them twice a day which he did. The place was left clean and tidy as if no one had been inside for the week. We also asked him to water newly turfed grass a couple of times a day, picked up the mail and take bins out on rubbish day. All was done and without the neighbours even knowing we had anyone in there for week. Highly trusted and responsible person. Would ask him again without hesitation.
