I am a 58-year-old young lady (!) originally from Melbourne who moved to Adelaide in April 2023. I have travelled extensively thru Europe and Morocco prior to the pandemic. Am currently working in the Aged Care sector, so I keep myself busy during the day. Having been a homeowner in the past and shared various properties in my life, I appreciate what is required in looking after a home. I have had some great house-sitting 'gigs' in Melbourne and one in Adelaide (I followed the cats here!) :-) I'm definitely a 'cat lady' lol. I've stayed in a house in a French village during my travels for 3 weeks and looked after the house & 6 cats whilst the owner was mostly away in the city with work. Needless to say, I love cats. I am very reliable, clean, a non-smoker, enjoy my daily walks and like to cook at home, with the occasional theatre show & dinner night out. We were so lucky to find Eleni to look after our 2 cats while we travelled for a month May/ June 2017. The cats were looked after perfectly. When we returned they were in excellent health and looked great from their regular grooming. While we were away Eleni kept us updated on their progress with lovely emails and great photos. Eleni took great care of the apartment and left everything really clean and tidy. And the chocolates she left were a perfect jet-lagged sugar fix! I would highly recommend Eleni and hope she might be available when we next travel.
