I'm a Nutritionist & Lifestyle Consultant returning to Australia after living overseas for 15 years, and as I don't intend to reside in Australia permanently, house sitting seems to be a great option; it will fulfill my accommodation needs, and if pets are a part of the home, it will fulfill my love for being with and caring for animals.
I'm a very healthy, clean & quiet living (non-smoking), professional, responsible, respectful, tidy and organized person who loves animals. I've maintained my own homes and also cared for various animals over the last 20 years. Having had a dog for 14.5 years, a cat for 6 years, cold water and tropical fish for 4 years, birds for a few years and fostered many dogs over the last 15 years, I understand the responsibility, time and energy required to maintain their health and happiness, and to connect with them so they feel cared for.
I greatly respect other people's belongings and space, and believe that you do for others and you would like done for yourself. I'm very flexible to suit the needs of the homeowner and/or pet, and focus on maintaining harmony and balance in their sanctuary, so there is peace of mind for the owner while away.
I would be more than happy to face time and/or Skype so you can check in with your home and beloved pets. I can also send regular email / whatsapp updates with photos.
