Hi there - as of May 2021 I am looking for a house sit in Brisbane (short to long) or Melbourne (longer preferred).
I'm a fit, non-smoking, quiet, tidy and clean woman in my 50s. I like animals, walking, gardening, reading, teaching and art. I currently work 3 days a week.
I grew up with gardens and farm animals and have had animal friends all my life. I've looked after animals and houses for friends and family many times over the years and have also used house-sitters myself when I've gone away on short trips and once for 3 months. This experience has given me an insight into what home-owners are looking for in a house-sitter, like reliability, giving pets lots of cuddles and love, regular communication, honesty and maintaining the house to your standards. My sitting references are out of date now, but I have personal referees, a valid working with children check, id and can easily get a police check in a day or two.
