We have had the pleasure of Mel and Matt minding our place twice now and we could not recommend them enough - they exceeded our expectations! Mel and Matt not only took great care of our place they also cared for our furry family members with genuine affection and responsibility. In particular our dachshund who has been medicated due to a dog attack and a recent spike with her anxiety. Regular updates kept us reassured that she was doing ok. Our cat who can be very distant with guests loved Mel and Matt even posing for photos in their updates. Our pets were happy and healthy upon our return and I even get the sense they were sad to see them leave again. We returned from both trips with an extremely clean home - Mel and Matt were so considerate of us coming home from our travels and our home being in order which made it easy to settle back in. Communication was excellent, providing peace of mind during our absence. We returned to find everything in perfect order. If I had to some up Mel and Matt I would say professional, reliable, warm and caring. They ensured our home was secure, cared for and well-maintained. We would gladly trust them with our home and furry family members again and are beyond grateful for the house sitting service they provided.

Matt and Mel are excellent house sitters! Have not seen our cat Nero happier, we think he is missing Matt and Mel, please come and visit us any time you feel like you need Nero's purring personality. The house was kept very clean and tidy and outside and in-house plants are thriving. We would recommend Matt and Mel to all owners who wants special care for their house and pets. Matt and Mel house sat for us for 10 days whilst we were away and completely out of contact. We came home to a very clean and tidy house, happy animals and the linen all washed and put away. Mel and Matt are clearly very passionate house sitters, love animals, are personable and reliable and we were grateful to have people who are compassionate towards nervous, highly strung miniature foxys, such as our dog, Sasha. Sasha tends to stop eating when we go away and frets - and luckily for her, Mel and Matt were compassionate enough to recognise that all she needed was some enticement with roast chicken and steak.,.., Voila! Not only was Sasha well cared for and nursed over her anxiety, but she even put on a smidgen of weight which means she could no longer slip through the gap in the fence! A double bonus! We would have Matt and Mel house sit again for us in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any home owner. Meredith Collins & Geoff King
