Hi home owner, Steve and I are a mature aged couple who are non-smokers and don't have any children. We are very capable, trustworthy and reliable. Janet works from home and Steve is a Territory Manager and occasionally works from home . Several years ago we sat house for a couple who had 4 large dogs who needed to be walked twice a day. They asked us to sit their house and walk the dogs whenever they went away. Two of the dogs had to have medication which we administered. They also had special diets which the owner made up for them. We sat for this couple again when they went away as they said they could trust us and we had no problems with looking after their 4 dogs.We have also owned a couple of homes ourselves where we owned 2 dogs and a cat. We fully understand that a pro-active attitude toward home maintenance is essential. Steve is quite a handyman and practical. If there are minor repairs to be taken care of he is certainly capable. We would be happy to look after any type of property. We would care for your home as we did for ours (as we have owned 2 homes in the past) and have no problem in looking after your house, pets and garden. We would welcome the opportunity to come and see you and would like the opportunity to look after your home. pets and gardens etc. We are also totally flexible with our time for house sitting.
