Hi everyone!My name is Tamara. I'm a Primary School Teacher currently living and working in the Geelong area but originally from a small country town in Gippsland. My partner is currently working overseas and I am looking to travel with him towards the end of 2018, so minimising rental costs whilst also looking after families homes and pets seemed like a fantastic opportunity. I have house-sat for family and friends for varying durations and responsibilities over the last few years and really enjoyed it.I am very neat and tidy and live a relatively quiet lifestyle. I'm a homebody and love cleaning and gardening so I'm more than happy to do any domestic/garden duties. I like to be outdoors as much as I can whether that's kayaking, bike riding or a nice stroll along the beach or Barwon River. I have loved living in the Geelong area however I do miss the company of animals as my apartment/rental lifestyle hasn't permitted me to have my 2 dogs with me. I love all animals and have grown up with family pets of dogs, cats, turtles, ponies, rabbits and guinea pigs.I am very respectful of other people's property and would love the opportunity to look after your beloved pets and home like it was my own. I've been told the houses I sit are often in better condition than before the families left! I would be more than happy to for a cuppa and check things out before any potential house sits and can provide any references needed.Thank you for your time and consideration.
