I am a health conscious, sporty (I walk dogs twice a day - unless you don't want that), non smoking, single guy. Non- partier. I have been professionally house sitting now since November 2018 (many house sits have been via direct request or a network of friends-of-friends, hence why there is only one review on this site). I have considerable experience and have enjoyed the challenge. I am a business owner so I work from home most days. I am fastidiously clean and hygienic, extremely security conscious and I have excellent references from 3 highly regarded individuals -these are available upon request. I am also happy to provide mobile numbers from recent house sits who will give me a glowing recommendation. I love animals and I believe they naturally gravitate toward me; I will treat your pet as I would my own. I am also happy to do some gardening whilst at your home. I would be looking for medium - long term arrangements as a first preference. I.E minimum 2 weeks (I'm still definitely open to shorter though IF I'm free). I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Brad,
I just wanted to say thank you for your recent stint of house sitting and - more importantly - cat sitting for us. The house was beautifully neat and clean when we arrived home ... possibly neater than when we left it! However my biggest thanks go to you for looking after our four mad cats. Leo, Berri and Tigger were all very happy and settled when we came home. Although you couldn't get Heidi to come to you, leaving food out for her and the photo you sent me so I knew she hadn't run away in the storm really set my mind at ease!

Hi Brad,
I just want to say a huge thank you for taking care of Tullie again. She was so happy to see us of course, but once the novelty wore off she was looking for you everywhere and ended up having a nap on your bed. I'm taking her up to the dog park you found and she loves it just as you said ! It gets me up early so it's good for everyone.
Thank you also for cleaning the house - I really appreciated it and the pool was sparkling.
We may be away again in May so I'll let you know the dates as soon as we firm things up. Take care and thanks for everything

just a quick note to say thanks for minding our precious Pablo. Having someone as reliable and caring as you, enabled us to enjoy our time away in the USA care-free. We loved the photos and videos of Pablo and we could see how happy he was and being taken care of - he's already missing you; I can really tell! Wonderful to come home to a spotless house too - I cant tell you what a difference that made to me - not something I've experienced with other house minders in the past. Thanks again and I have you on speed dial for the next holiday!

Dear Brad,
Thank you for taking care of our home and our darling Lulu while we were overseas recently. It was so reassuring to have you here, and wonderful for us to return home to an immaculate house. Shining floors, clean sheets, and more. We also thank you for all of the love and attention you gave our tiny pug Lulu - twice daily walks, endless requirements for cuddles etc. We loved receiving photos and video of her playing and napping. If she could talk, I’m sure she would be telling us she misses you.
