Hi there, We are a small family of three (soon to be 4!) with a beautiful & very placid golden retriever (she’s a total sook). Our background - Ange is a teacher who currently works online from home delivering a unit for University (BEd) students, Lee is a construction manager working in the Geelong/Surf coast region. Our son has just turned 2yo & we are expecting a little girl early April 2019. We are just about to undertake major renovations on our house in Geelong West (great timing we know!) & are looking at housesitting as a possible option to help us survive the 4-5 months it may take till completion. As parents we understand having children & a dog in tow can be a little daunting for someone looking to let their house but please be assured both Lee & I have high expectations of our little one & pup & the care & respect they take of their living environment. Both are beautifully kind & exceptionally well behaved. We are very clean, tidy people and can assure you your house would be returned to you in the same neat and tidy condition you left it in. We LOVE animals and have had pets all our lives. Our golden retriever gets on well with other dogs & animals & is very gentle & loyal (she very rarely leaves our side). Our son has also learnt to respect animals and is extremely gentle. (We also keep a very close eye on him around animals which just helps to ensure everyone is kept happy). Having just planted a front garden of our own, we also understand the importance of ensuring this is well looked after through watering, weeding and mowing. We are also looking forward to getting chickens of our own once our renovations are complete! We’d love to chat with you further ?? Ange & Lee
