Hi I'm Lucy,
I enjoy caring for others' pets, and I understand the care/responsibility involved, as I have personally owned and fostered cats in the past. I have had extensive experience looking after cats in particular, having owned 2 cats personally, in Brisbane, the second cat being a fully indoor cat who used the cat flap to go out on the front enclosed porch.. Since moving back to Melbourne in 2020, I've fostered a couple of cats and done a couple of house sitting jobs caring for cats. (In 2022 and 2023)
Since moving back to Melbourne , I'm not able to own my own cat, but prefer to care for other people's cats through the house sitting and fostering. I see it as a real positive, because it benefits both the home owners and myself.
Currently, I'm only able to care for cats with my house sitting jobs. (Not dogs at all,)
I am clean and tidy, organized, honest/reliable, and easy to get along with, caring, and patient with pets.
I have a current police check (August 2023), and blue card , which I have for my current volunteer job at Travellers Aid in Melbourne.. My documents are uploaded to my profile , and I can also show hard copies if you would like me to visit you.. I have moved to the Seddon area, since the 2022 police check was done, (which is currently uploaded), and now have a more recent police check which is August 23. I will print this out and upload it as soon as possible.
I also hold a current drivers license,, written and verbal character/work references, and fully vaccinated against covid.( 5 needles in total) I can also email these documents to you if you prefer.
