Richard and I are young at heart retirees. We both love animals and miss having dogs and cats in our lives. House/pet sitting gives us the best of both worlds because we can combine our love of travel with our love of animals. We have looked after houses and pets for friends and family many times so we can provide references from them. Unfortunately I am highly allergic to feathers/birds so can’t help with your feathered friends. We are both non-smokers and enjoy outdoor life, especially walking. Because we used house sitters when we had our own animals, we understand how important it is to treat other people’s houses with respect and ensure their beloved pets get loads of cuddles and attention.
