Hi there, my name's Lachlan, I'm a 21 year old Commercial Real Estate Agent who wants to experience a change of scenery (without the high expenses of home ownership or leasing). I've house sat in the past for both my mother and father (on different occasions) which has given me experience taking care of a wide variety of animals (dogs, fish, birds) I'm highly habit driven as most humans are, easily adapting to new routines presented to me. Recently, for example, I've been able to maintain a consistent gym attendance of 7 days a week. My lifestyle is highly work focused as the nature of my profession requires extensive effort and constant contact maintained between myself and clients. When I'm not working I enjoy reading, investing and playing online games. Being involved in the real estate industry, I understand and appreciate that your home is likely the most expensive asset you own and as such I will respect and care for it as my own.
