Our house has 3 bedrooms (only one guest room as the other spare room is used as a home office now and there won't be an access to our bedroom) 1 bathroom, pool, outdoor kitchen and outdoor eating area. One loving dog and a tank with several fish and a cheeky turtle. A pool to keep topped up, plants need water, and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the tropics. We are in a cul-de-sdac and our front gate will be locked and not to be used while we aren't there as they are automatic gates and something always happens to them when we aren't there, so your vehicle will have to parked in front of the property - it is off the curb on the vacant block next to us.
