I am seeking a house sitter to look after my small 2BR mud brick home in leafy Montmorency. No pets to look after but the garden will need a bit of care if the weather remains dry. The house is solidly built with a largely indigenous garden. The house has no aircon but does have ceiling fans throughout and gas heating in the lounge which heats the whole house.. Montmorency is a pleasant suburb with a village-like shopping strip and easy rail service to the CBD. It is a ten minute walk from my house to the shops/station. There is no wifi or line data connection as I use mobile broadband. No dishwasher. Pets not welcome
