Hobby farm of 150 acres. We are in a locality called Jelcobine which is about 30 Kim's West of Brookton Western Australia. Which is only a 20 minute drive. There is a cafe, post office, IGA, Bedford Arms Hotel, lovely meals and friendly people, pharmacy, hardware and more.
We are also about 30-40 mins drive from Beverley and York which are lovely little country towns. We are an hour from major shopping, either Kalamunda or Armadale. Comfy 3 bedroom air conditioned house with inground swimming pool, firepit, gazebo and BBQ's. We have 2 Kelpies, 4 chickens and 20 plus Wiltipol sheep. We require people who can look after the dogs and give them lots of love, look after chickens - ensure fresh water and food is always available and give them their daily treat of watermelon. Also clean their coop weekly. Check the sheep regularly and ensure water troughs are kept clean and full. Easy care gardens only small amount of watering required. We have fruit trees which may need watering once a week if weather still warm. Of course, please use eggs and any fruit which may be available at the time.
