Note: approx dates 24th-30th Dec, but can be shortened to 26th-30th! About the house: 3 bedroom townhouse just near Hartwell Station in a beautiful quite part of Camberwell. Take your pick of cafes for coffee and breakfast! Only 600m from Leo's aka the BEST gourmet supermarket you'll find. Car parking onsite. A lovely garden with plenty of herbs for your cooking (or gin garnishes), airconditioning in upstairs bedrooms and a full kitchen with Belling oven for the bakers out there! Netflix and Stan on apple tv available, plus wifi. We have quite a few house plants, plus the garden that will require watering.About the area: Camberwell is only 11km from the city and we are 300m from a direct Alamein line into Hawthorn, Richmond, and Flinders (approx 20-30min). We also have the 75 tram on Toorak Rd (500m away), and the 70 tram on Riversdale Rd (800m away). Woolworths and Coles are also on Riversdale Rd, plus Camberwell shops and Ashburton high street with Ashburton pool. It's a lovely area for shopping, cafes, the Rivoli cinema and Glenferrie is just down the road for drinks, swimming pool, and the Lido cinema.
Pets & farm animals
We have two cats called Cleo (8yrs) and Hugo (4yrs). They're indoor/outdoor and tend to look after themselves, but in the heat they love a brush and knowing there are humans around if they get into mischief. Cleo is likely to take a good look at you, but Hugo is a bit more shy and might not make much of an appearance! No kitty litter to clean, just making sure they're fed and watered and get some attention when they want it!
