Hello, my partner and I are travelling overseas and would like to find a nice mature couple to look after our fur baby and the house.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood, north of Perth, Western Australia near Joondalup suburb. There are lots of parks within walking distance, close to public transport and close to shopping centres and a 10-minute drive from the beach.

The house is newly built so the yards are not finished yet, but the interior is modern and comfortable. It is 4 bed, 2-bathroom, large kitchen and large laundry. House has fully ducted air conditioning, 100mbs internet connection with smart wiring to all areas. WIFI also available if required. We have 3 silver birch trees (1 in back yard and 2 on the side verge) that will require watering daily. There is also a fish pond in the front yard that may require water top ups if the levels drop. Front of the house is elevated 6 feet above the street level providing plenty of privacy. Rear access to the house via a back-lane way.

Our fur baby is an 8-year-old Dalmatian called Spencer who is a big softy with people. He does shed hair however the robot vacuum cleaner can be used to keep the house hair free. He will require feeding twice a day and water refills. He lives inside and is fully house trained but will need to be let out into the backyard to go to the toilet.
