Old, renovated 2 bedroom cottage with parking for 1 small car, as well zoned area parking available. Small private courtyard garden. Close to restaurants and bus stop. Walking distance to city. I realise this is winter but my house is very warm and winter in Tasmania isn't as cold as people make out. It is usually dry with plenty of sunny days to participate in the many winter activities and festivals on offer.
Pets & farm animals
One small very friendly dog who enjoys company, cuddles, walks and free runs in the dog park. Prefer someone who will not leave him for long periods on his own. Good in the car.
House Tasks
Water the garden if required and cut the small patch of grass. Collect the mail.. Keep the place clean and tidy but mainly give my dog lots of love.
