We have a lovely one story brick build home, 2 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Open plan living and kitchen with large entertaining area and good sized garden for our 2 year old cavalier. Our cavalier sleeps outside in her kennel and is allowed inside whenever people are home. Mika is very affectionate but also used to being left at home while my partner and I go to work during the day. When left alone we leave her with a bark collar on just to be sure she doesn’t upset any neighbors (though she isn’t a big barker). Our house has a bus stop which goes to the city just outside and is walking distance to local supermarket and food outlets.
Pets & farm animals
We have a 2 year old cavalier Mika. She is very affectionate and loves play time, however she is also used to being left outside while my partner and I work during the week. When no one is home we leave Mika with her bark collar on so she doesnt upset the neighbours though she rarely barks anyway! We leave her with dog biscuits available so she can graze throughout the day, and water always accessible. She is allowed in the house whenever people are home and will generally tap on the screen door if she needs to go outside for any reason (she’s very smart). She’s used to being allowed on the sofa and the beds but if you tel her ‘no Mika off’ she will hop off for you and proceed to stare at you with her sooky eyes!
House Tasks
For the weekend nothing needed other than lock up whenever you are out, make sure Mika has food, water and lots of love, don’t leave the aircon running, and if staying overnight Sunday popping our bins on the street.
