My house is in a lifestyle village in Millingandi, one of 100 dwellings in a quiet complex surrounded by bush, creek, and grassy flat reserve. It is 2 minutes' drive to Pambula Village and 5 minutes to Pambula Beach, 10 minutes to Merimbula. The house itself is 2 bedrooms and a study, a roomy dining / living area, a good kitchen, nice bathroom, 2 toilets, a deck and a front porch. It backs onto reserve and pond. There are lots of kangaroos, ducks and other birdlife.
I need someone who will walk my active little dog Chippa daily weather permitting. He is a Sheltie/Kelpie cross who turns 9 in April. He loves to run on the beach (leash-free), but is also happy to walk around the village(about 15 minutes) and be in the car. Sometimes he barks at night at kangaroos but I have a device to discourage him, and it works. He is extremely sociable, an indoor dog, very spoilt, loves to be patted and have his ears rubbed. He can be left alone for a few hours.
I have a small garden which may need watering occasionally. I have a large TV with Netflix, and a ridiculously over -stocked pantry because I cook different cuisines. All food can be used.
The house sitter would have to comply with village rules which include being reasonably quiet after 10:00 pm, observing the speed limit of 15 k, cleaning up dog droppings, and being considerate of other residents.
