We live in a two storey, two bedroom, one bathroom cottage on an acre of rainforest in central Kiama. It is a unique home with a large entertaining deck (50sq.m) including a spa. The house has NBN wifi and plenty of parking. The home has a TV, DVD player/ recorder, pay TV, dishwasher etc.
A couple of important points: the main king bedroom is up a steep set of stairs so that is a consideration if you are not particularly mobile. Otherwise there is a double bedroom on the ground floor next to the bathroom. Secondly, although the property is in central Kiama, the house is very secluded, dark and quiet at night so if being alone is a problem, probably not the sit for you as the house creaks and the rainforest surrounding the house affords nighttime fauna noises.
