Hi, Would you like to spend some time in a comfortable 2 bedroom home on half an acre with private outlook, located 3 km from Castlemaine. Large veggie patch, fruit trees and native garden. Wood fire (with plenty of wood supplied) as well as gas heating. Large TV with Netflix. Castlemaine is a small country town in Central Victoria with a great cafe scene, cinema, plenty of art, good music and bushland to walk and ride through. There is a weekly market and a farmers market monthly.We are also heading away for a week over easter if you'd like to try out the house before committing to a longer stay-see our other ad for details.
Pets & farm animals
We have a lovely 7 year old Kelpie Heeler cross called Smokey who needs to be walked 1-2 times a day. There are nice walking spots close to our house where he can run off lead. He's a calm and loving dog who rarely barks and is well behaved. He has a dog door to come and go as he pleases from the house.
House Tasks
Your only tasks would be to walk Smokey, collect mail, harvest veggies from the garden and water garden if it's dry. You'll have plenty of time to sit back and enjoy the peace.
