Hello! My partner and I are looking for a non smoking single or couple to live in and take care of our two cats Kali and Albie.Both cats are hypoallergenic Siberians. Albie is 2 years old and Kali is 7 years old. We live in a decent sized one-bedroom unit 10 mins walk from Chatswood station and all the malls. It's a good size, clean, and has a huge sun-filled balcony. We love it, and we hope you will too for the short time you are here. We have both a bath and a shower, excellent washing machine, big TV with netflix, standing desk with 5K screen for working from, high-speed NBN internet, fully equipped kitchen etc. There is also off-street parking and an outdoor pool. You'll be more than comfortable :)We would prefer someone who isn't gone a lot, as the kitties do prefer having people around. Does this sound like something you might like to do?
Pets & farm animals
Kali can be quite independent, but will warm up to you within a day or two and start chatting to you constantly demanding attention! If you're a single female, she's probably sleep on the bed next to your head. She loves being brushed and a chin scratch. She's extremely gentle, so if she doesn't want attention, she will just grunt and run away. She will always play if you offer her the bird on a string though! Albie is super cuddly and playful and will follow you around wherever you go. Everyone who meets him just falls in love! He sleeps on top of you, and loves to run around chasing a ball or catching a "bird" on a string. He's also a greedy guts who is on a long term diet because he's absolutely enormous. He's also probably the fluffiest cat you will ever meet!
House Tasks
You will need to keep the cats' water bowls clean and full, feed them twice a day, and scoop their litter boxes regularly. Both of them will need lots of love and attention, as that's what they're used to! If you could keep the flat nice and tidy that would be, most appreciated! My neighbour stops by from time to time to say hello and check on the kitties, because she loves them.
