We have one old cat and a lovely comfortable house on 7 acres with a large cathedral ceiling loungeroom overlooking Mt Macedon. You are welcome to bring your dog. We will be taking ours to his usual sitter.
There are two bedrooms to choose from. We have central heating but love to use our woodheater in the Winter. There are two newly renovated bathrooms. The kitchen is 1980s with electric cooktop.
There is one acre of fenced,dog safe area around the house.
The cars are parked at the front of the house under a carport. It's very quiet. Lots of birdlife.
6 minutes to the train station and approx 1 hour travel to the city. 5 mins to the township restaurants etc and 3 mins to link up to the freeway by car.
The only requirement are that Cotton (cat) is fed twice a day and the potplants are watered.
