Our home is more like a 5 star resort... without the cleaner and gardener, plus 2 Dachshunds and a large cat! Our beautiful property is a five minute drive from the Crabbes Creek general store, 30 minutes to Byron Bay and Tweed Heads and less than that to Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah, etc. We live on a mountain with ocean views from Byron Bay to Queensland. The property is 140 acres of old growth rain forest. The 2.5km driveway is fully sealed but steep in parts. An all wheel/4WD is recommended but not necessary.Our home is a light, spacious palace with a large central temple space. It is only 18 months old so still very precious to us. The furnishings are exotic, modern and comfortable with all the mod-cons. You can watch the sun and moon rise over the ocean from the lounge and bedroom... We also have a large outdoor gazebo overlooking the ocean and valleys. We live off the grid which means using power and water wisely.We are a strictly non-smoking, no-shoes household.
Pets & farm animals
You will need to take care of and feed our cat, Zizi and two short-haired miniature Dachshund, Uma and Tin Tin. The dogs are very much lap dogs and require a lap and cuddles! Tin Tin is very timid and afraid of men she doesn't know so we would prefer a single mature female sitter or a couple.
House Tasks
CHORES Take care of the pets – feeding, cuddles, etc. Keep water up to our pots, lawn and garden beds. Leave the house clean as you will find it.
