We live at the sea facing slopes of Mt. Ninderry in a beautiful house. We have a cat that needs to be taken care off, she is easy going, quite reserved at times and needs very little, some food in the morning and evening, the rest of the day she is out and about.
The property is mostly taken care off, the grass will be cut professionally (10 acres), the pool checked too.
So there is only a few palm leaves to pick up from time to time and piled up to be burned, which I will take care off, there is a small veggie patch that may need some water.
The house is simple, but has a great view and quiet location.

We are currenylon overseas and have almost no internet, we will make our decision after the 28.4..
