We are off to Europe for an extended holiday and require someone to look after our lovely little renovated cottage home and two very beloved labradoodles.
We've all the mod cons one might need to enjoy themselves, a pool (though it might be a bit cool this time of year) and a fully renovated house with claw foot bathtub and massive walk in shower to keep you warm on colder nights.
House is in a good area with lots of lovely spaces to relax and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine.
Garden and house maintenance is fairly low key, our main priority is finding responsible people who have experience with dogs and their little tricks and will treat our girls as we do.
Our dogs are non malting, house trained and *fairly* well behaved. They are our babies and a little spoilt, so are used to being able to sleep in the bed with us and relax on the couch. We expect them to be able to have full run of their home though of course whether you want to have them in the bed is entirely up to you (we can't promise they won't try to join you though).
We live in a great suburb with beautiful parks, pubs, wine bar, wineries and restaurants close by. We're on the train line (5 min walk to station), 15 minutes to get to Perth city, close to the river and lots of lovely walks, Guildford (historical town with lots of cafes and and antique stores to spend a lovely afternoon) and the Swan Valley wine region with wineries, breweries and some fab restaurants is just a five minute drive away - suffice to say we spend a lot of time there!
