We have a beautiful home 6kms from Adelaide CBD just at the bottom of the foot hills and close to gorgeous walking trails.. We are looking looking for an active couple / single to look after our 2 large dogs and small cat. Experienced with pets is a must as our 8yo labrador is anxious so very 'fussy' with people. and both dogs require daily walks. Preference is for house sitters with home maintence and gardening experience, based in Adelaide preferred so we can 'meet/greet' prior. Our holiday is during autumn/winter, so unfortunately, lots of garden leaves to sweep up at that time of year.
Pets & farm animals
We have an 8yo black labrador, Leo and a 2 yo Golden Oodle, Gigi as well as a 6mth old kitten, Miss Mojo. The dogs are very well behaved and love company/attention. Gigi loves humans but can be timid of very energetic large dogs when out walking. Leo is the opposite, he loves dogs more than people but can be lead reactive to dogs when on lead.. So experience dog/pet sitter needed. Miss Mojo is easy to care for with the only challenge stopping her clawing the furniture and keeping her inside at night!
House Tasks
Collect mail, sweep fallen garden leaves, mow lawns, pick up dog poo, walk dogs, cuddle dogs and cat, Relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy the serenity!
