Old style 3 bedroom home, in great condition. Property is 2.5 acres situated on a good sealed road, about 3km drive from the main town of Wonthaggi, Victoria (Bass Coast).

The home is about 2km from Williamsons Beach; it's an unpatrolled beach and not suited for swimming due to rips etc, but has some magnificent sunsets and great opportunity for peaceful isolated beach walks.

I have a small breeding cattery next to the house on the property, containing 5 cats (sometimes with kittens); I also have one beautifully-natured indoor cat. I have 6 sheep and 13 chickens (fresh eggs every day folks!). The property has an above-ground swimming pool, but I struggle to get it to change from green to clear swimming water, so it may not be usable.

There is a walking/cycling/horse trail that crosses my road about 100m away, which can access Wonthaggi township (2km) or all the way back to San Remo/Phillip Island (approx. 22km).

My home, and surrounds, are a beautiful peaceful part of the world which lends itself to a very relaxed stay.
