I live on the South side of Canberra close to Mt. Taylor which has good walking tracks. There is a cafe and small grocery store a two minute walk away and major shopping centres close by.
I have an older style house with two bedrooms and an ensuite, a study,lounge that adjoins a dining area, kitchen with a small eating area, and a sunroom. There is a small deck at the front of the house. There is a low maintanence front and rear garden. I have a Shitzu dog and four cats. My dog is an older dog who can do short walks - she has a chewable tablet morning and night which she loves. One cat is an indoor cat. One of the cats requires a tablet in its food at night. I would need my mail collected and general watering of the garden as needed
