I have never had a stranger in my home before so my dates are very flexible and not set until i can find someone who i am comfortable with. I escape for short stints to find heat as my body deteriorates in the winter.
Fully self contained unit in a block of 9 Units so someone quiet is essential. Would like a energy conscious person only as I'm on Disability Pension.
I have .2 INDOOR Cats, one being a Tonkinese so she needs more attention. Kitty litter will need to be cleaned daily and a weekly change,
Out door pots to be watered if in need.
Close to Bus stop which travels to Frankston station and shopping centre in Karingal. Peninsula Link to the city and Mornington Peninsula around the corner.
