I'm looking for a mature, reliable, honest, clean person or couple to look after my home & cat Bella while I am away. Bella is a RSPCA black & white rescue cat who loves attention. She will probably take over your lap if you let her & loves a good ear rub. She is pretty quiet & chilled these days, likes lots of cat naps as she's about 9 years but will often get going if you play ball with her. The 1 bedroom apartment is very light & spacious with air conditioning & plenty of car parking right outside the front door. 20 mins from Melb city with train station & tram stop 5 mins walk from the front door. Large bedroom with king bed, large bathroom & European laundry. The main living area is open plan with lots of natural light art & design styled & a large balcony that is great for chilling with a cuppa coffee or vino. Kitchen has all the usual modern appliances. Great cafes 1 min walk outside your door & Moonee Ponds shopping centre & DFO down the Rd, as well as a hop skip & jump from Brunswick hangouts & eateries.
Pets & farm animals
Bella is a pretty chilled out quiet cat for her 9 years, tends to nap a lot but also loves to chase a ball or stalk a piece of ribbon or string, she's easily entertained. She needs to be feed 2 x a day & her kitty litter poop needs to be cleaned daily. Water bowl is filled when needed. She likes company & ear/face rubs will get you far.
House Tasks
Mail collected, balcony plants watered, house kept clean & tidy. No visitors allowed to stay while looking after the apartment.
