Our house is located 7 mins from Ashfield station and about 5 mins from the buses to the City. Haberfield is 10 minutes walk, Ashfield Mall around 10 minutes and Liverpool Road 5 mins. Summer Hill is 15 minutes walk.
We have four pets - two dogs and two cats. The doggies are Apollo (aged 3, a mini Schauzer) and Schwarzi (aged 14, a groodle). They are friendly, love walks and people. There are in and out during the day while we are at home but sleep outside in "pooch palace" at night. The cats are Archie (grey burmese 18 months) and Ziggy (cream burmese, 3 months). The kitties also go in and out but Ziggy needs supervision because he is just a kitten. He sleeps in his play pen at night and Archie sleeps with whichever human he graces with his presence. He goes out as he needs. The doggies love walks and we can organise a dog walker if that is not your thing. Ashfield Park is quite close - a round 45 minutes with Schwarzi who is a bit slow. We have had a doggy walker/housesitter for more than ten years but they have just retired after being injured at home so we now need a new relationship. Our house has wifi, is heated, has an alarm, there is off street parking, a great kitchen, sonos for music, Apple TV and an awesome kitchen. If are interested please let me know.
