walk in pantry, laundry including shower and toilet. All modern appliances. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, linen press. Heating gas fire (logs/flames/ fan), cooling via evaporative air conditioning.
Large block, front and rear gardens, sprinkler systems, side and rear verandahs containing several pot plants.

Pets & farm animals

Charlie, English Pointer, 11 years. Gentle boy. Hamish, Miniature Poodle, 7 months. Active boy.

House Tasks

Feed dogs. Doggie poo run each week and discard. Bring in post. Water pots on side and rear verandahs. No garden watering - automatic drippers. No lawns. Handman/gardener will be attending to garden prior to our return. Return house in original clean and tidy position.
