The house you will be looking after is a comfortable 4 bedroom house in Ocean Grove. The house has a well appointed kitchen, ensuite for main bedroom, separate bathroom accommodating bedrooms at other end of house, and 2 living areas, one with a gas heater and the other with a wood fire heater.
The house is in a quiet street and has off street parking for 2 cars plus a lock up garage with room for one car. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main beach and 10 minutes walk to the Ocean Grove shops.
You would be looking after 2 dogs that are outside when no one is home but come inside when people are home and always sleep inside. They have jackets on in wintery weather when outside. They are both elderly and enjoy short walks and especially love walking on the beach. One is a staghound and the other is a Jack Russell Terrier. Both are rescue dogs and the little one needs a bit of an eye on her with letting her outside for a regular wee.
There are also 4 indoor only cats (one is a foster cat) so kitty litter needs attention at least twice a day. The foster cat is very timid and pretty much lives at one end of the house and the other three spend their time in the other part. All animals are very friendly and much loved.
