I have a lovely fully renovated old home on 3/4 of an acre in the beautiful Tamar Valley, Tasmania. Lanena is semi rural and yet close to all conveniences. My home is warm and comfortable with a wood heater in living areas. I have 5 cats and a labrador dog. You will be required to feed the animals twice a day, take the dog for a daily walk and clean litter trays. In exchange, you will have your own bedroom and guest bathroom as well as full use of my comfortable and well equipped home and gardens. I am close to many natural attractions and walks. Only 20 minutes drive to Launceston. Beautiful water views from the lounge/dining/kitchen. My dog sleeps inside during the night and 3 of my cats are inside only pets. The other 2 cats go outside if they wish during the day but must be kept in at night.Looking for a kind, responsible, tidy person who is a non smoker.Wanting someone who is a true animal lover and will be company for them a lot of the time.If you would like to spend time here in the Tamar valley and enjoying the company of my furry family, then I would love to hear from you.
Pets & farm animals
I have 5 cats. Age between 7 and 15 years. 3 are inside only cats and 2 are able to go outside during the day. One cat has special dietary requirements that are very easy to manage. They are all very loving and affectionate and enjoy a lap when you are sitting down. Lucy my Labrador is 5 years old. She is friendly and playful and loves company. She sleeps inside at night and enjoys a daily walk. She is well behaved and walks well on and off lead.
House Tasks
collect mail, water plants, feed animals twice a day. walk the dog daily. clean kitty litter trays every second day. Keep house in a clean and tidy manner.
