Owner built home with upstairs bedrooms . We are off grid completely. Solar and generator capable of running normal household needs. User friendly system. 12 km to shops and fuel. 40 mins to regional centre of Bendigo. 13 kms to local township. Renowned wine area. 5 horses ..2 rather large, checked a few times each day but will have large hay bales to last. . 4 dogs who love inside ( medium to large) one of whom can be timid...so animal savvy person required. Poultry let out each day and fed etc locked up at night. 50 acres very nice spot...cant see neighbours clothing optional if that's your thing. Outdoor spa. Tank water and gas bottles. No little kids please as big dog scared of them. Own dog/s ok caravan could be parked at the top of our drive. But access to the house is limited. We would prefer the people to stay in our home to maintain the dogs routine.
