Easy care comfortable house with elevated views over Queanbeyan. Large kitchen space which leads onto a deck and large bush garden with lots of birds and the occasional kangaroo. One small double bedroom will be available for your use so would ideally suit a single person. Parking space available on the driveway. As company you will have two small/mid sized well behaved indoor/outdoor dogs to look aged 7 and 8. They are very human focussed and like company, lots of pats and short walks. We are located next to large open playing fields and have plenty of options for walks nearby. An understanding of how to brush double coated dogs would be an advantage.
