Our house is in a southern suburb of Newcastle. The house is a family home on a sloping block. The back deck looks out over trees & has glimpses of Lake Macquarie - a perfect place to relax with a glass or two. Minor property maintenance needed and we have a 14 year old labrador dog who needs loving & looking after.We are a 10 minute walk from the lake, a short 5 minute drive from the Warners Bay shops, cafes & restaurents and only 15 minutes to beautiful beaches & headlands.
