2 storey home. Downstairs floor is fully self contained but at present is not tenanted or furnished.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a study.
Above ground pool - currently not in use because it’s winter, but still requires maintenance. Welcome to use when weather is warm enough.
3 pets to take care of who are used to lots of company and sleeping inside with me on my bed.
2 cats and a miniature poodle.
They have a flap to come in and out of the home as they please- they are not to be locked outside.
The Siamese cat is very timid and may fret without me, so ensuring she eats and drinks is important.
Crimsafe doors on all entries.
Car will remain here in the carport- needs starting occasionally, just for maintenance.
Extensive gardens and plants out the back of the home, that will require a little bit of care.
Safe, suburban neighbourhood. Close to shops.
5-10 minutes drive to two major bus stations and train station.
Most of the inside of the home has recently been renovated.
Option to continue with my cleaning lady
Lawn mowing and garden maintenance is negotiable- I have light, ryobi battery powered equipment/mower that can be used.
Female only- my pets are not used to males. Preferably no children
Unlimited internet and power included.
Gas stove, electric oven. No dishwasher.
New front loader washing machine is in the kitchen for ease of access.
Fully fenced, apart from street frontage.
Two driveways.
Dog will need regular bathing and then taken to local vet for grooming, when the weather warms up.
Several outdoor spots at the rear to use- upper and lower decks and clean, cemented area with large shed that has very little inside. You are welcome to use for storage or as another spot to enjoy for leisure.
Large screen tv in main bedroom- connected via google Chromecast
Smaller tv in living, connected to aerial and has smart tv features
Windows fully security screened.
Gas fireplace in living room
Internal stairs.
Dates are approximate. Would like to leave as soon as possible to travel to UK.
Outside smoker is fine, as I am a smoker.
