We have been living in the Hills District of Sydney for over 40 years and will be moving into our retirement home in Glenorie NSW before Christmas 2019. Our new home is surrounded by beautiful bushland with lots of lovely walks and in a new and developing estate of only 8 properties, and within a 6 minute drive to the local shops, 30 minutes to Castle Hill.
We are looking for a retired, or work at home, couple who are comfortable with large dogs. We have a 6yo Flat Coated Retriever who is a bundle of fun, but who also likes to chill out for large portions of the day and insists on lots of cuddles. We also have a 14-1/2yo Border Collie who is not as active as she used to be and can no longer go on her walks.
If you are caring and responsible and have a rapport with dogs then you may be the person or couple we are looking for. We would appreciate our prospective sitter keeping the house and gardens tidy, and checking our mail.
Our dogs are in integral part of our lives and live and sleep in the house with us. A prospective sitter needs to understand this requirement.
In April 2019 we will be embarking on a 5 week cruise out of Sydney and are actively seeking the right people to look after our beautiful companions. You will be able to enjoy a brand new home and be surrounded by beautiful bushland and have endless walks at your disposal. As our new home is not on a train line you will need to have your own car to get around.
