We are in need of preferably a retired person/couple or someone who loves pets and can be around part of the daytime for company to house/pet sit in a very comfortable 3 bedroom low maintenance house in central Carnegie, ducted heating, wood fire etc. Close to shops, large variety of great restaurants, Chadstone shopping centre, public transport, both rail, tram and bus. Modern kitchen, new luxury bathroom with garden outlook, freestanding bath and walk in shower, off-street parking available. Foxtel, Netflix on large screen TV's. There is an inbuilt mains gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor sitting area.
Pets & farm animals
We have a 15 month old adorable, extremely friendly male Miniature Schnauzer and a 17 month old male Russian Blue cross very easy going cat who happen to be best friends. Currently Raz, the dog is walked twice a day, they are both not food fussy and eat twice a day, they love affection and company, especially Raz. No shedding, minor brushing required, Raz will have been clipped prior to our departure. We also have a large external pond with roughly 12 gold fish that will need feeding a small amount every other day or so.
House Tasks
Basic household tasks, collect mail, put bins out and bring in on. Garden is low maintenance with just a small amount of watering required. We are leaving very early on the 18th and will not be staying here on the night of the 17th of September allowing time for you to settle in with the boys. We are returning early on the 9th of October, at approx. 7.30 - 8am
