3-Bedroom house plus study in Tuggeranong, Canberra. Back deck with (distant) hill views. Front and back garden. Quiet cul-de-sac street. Carport area. Second driveway which can accommodate a parked caravan.

We are looking for someone who is happy to care for, walk, and spend time with, our dog (2 year old Labrador) and water the gardens/plants during our time away. Ideally, this would suit a person/couple who is happy to be a bit of a homebody, as our dog is very people-orientated, and would not cope with being home alone all day. In saying this, she is fine with a few hours on her own.

Our house includes split-system heating and cooling in the main living space and main bedroom. The kitchen has a Thermomix and coffee pod machine as well as a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We have a front loader washing machine and a dryer. A clothesline as well. There is a Weber Q on the back deck, as well as outdoor tables and seating. We have good neighbours who would be happy to help with any queries.
We need someone who can firmly commit to the dates in question (18th-30th Dec), as we will not be able to find care for our dog at short notice if you decide to change your mind. We have chosen not to pursue boarding kennels in the hope that there is someone out there who would love to visit Canberra during the dates of our time away.
